Call for Late-Breaking Papers:
Papers describing late-breaking developments in the field of evolutionary multi-criterion computation are being solicited for presentation at the Fourth International Conference on Evolutionary Multi-Criterion Optimization (EMO2007), which will be held at Hotel Taikanso, Matsushima, near Sendai, Japan, from 5 to 8 March, 2007, and inclusion in a special bound volume to be distributed to all attendees of the conference. This special bound volume is distinct from the conference proceedings.Submission Deadline:
December 29, 2006 Deadline for submission of Camera-Ready Electronic Paper, no longer than six (6) pages in lengthSubmission Requirements:
Late-breaking papers will be briefly examined for relevance and minimum standards of acceptability, but will not be peer reviewed in detail. Paper acceptance decisions will be notified in the beginning of January. Note that all papers included in the Late-Breaking Papers bound volume must also be presented at EMO2007. At least one author of each Late-Breaking Paper must register for EMO2007, or the paper will not appear in the late-breaking Papers bound volume. All late-breaking papers will be presented in the special poster session held during EMO2007. Authors will individually retain copyright (and all other rights) to their late-breaking papers and should feel free to submit them (either before or after the above deadline) for publication by other conferences or journals.Submission Procedure:
Because the late-breaking papers are published on a very tight time schedule, please be very attentive in carrying out the requirements for submission by December 29, 2006.To submit a Late-Breaking Paper:
- Format: Paper is no longer than SIX (6) pages in length.
- Upload your camera-ready electronic file (PDF) formatted to comply with format requirements to the submissions website by December 29, 2006. No paper-based submissions can be accepted. The URL for the Submission Site is:
Late-Breaking Papers must comply with the format requirements given in Step 1. - Register at least one author of the Late-Breaking Paper for the conference by the deadline for camera-ready papers (December 29, 2006). Conference registration information can be found on the EMO2007 website. At least one author must register for and attend the conference, and present the paper at the scheduled time.
- Because of time constraint, we DO NOT support VISA applications for Late Breaking Papers. Please check by themselves whether the authors can enter Japan without applying VISA's.
