Shuttle Bus Service (reservation only)

Please book the shuttle bus service between Sendai Airport and Taikanso (conference venue) in advance. One way ticket is 1,500 yen per person. For reservation, email the list of passenger names, date and the bus number listed below to okabe@atr.jp. Travel agent will be at Sendai Airport on March 4, Sunday, to assist your transfer to the shuttle bus.

  • Bus#2: Sendai Airport 9:50 --- Taikanso 10:50
  • Bus#4: Sendai Airport 10:40 --- Taikanso 11:50
  • Bus#6: Sendai Airport 13:05 --- Taikanso 14:05
  • Bus#8: Sendai Airport 14:40 --- Taikanso 15:50
  • Bus#10: Sendai Airport 16:30 --- Taikanso 17:30
  • Bus#12: Sendai Airport 18:10 --- Taikanso 19:20
  • Bus#14: Sendai Airport 19:20 --- Taikanso 20:30

  • Bus#1: Taikanso 6:20 --- Sendai Airport 7:20 (connecting to flights at 8:00)
  • Bus#3: Taikanso 8:00 --- Sendai Airport 9:30
  • Bus#5: Taikanso 11:00 --- Sendai Airport 12:00
  • Bus#7: Taikanso 13:00 --- Sendai Airport 14:10
  • Bus#9: Taikanso 1415 --- Sendai Airport 15:15
  • Bus#11: Taikanso 16:00 --- Sendai Airport 17:10
  • Bus#13: Taikanso 17:45 --- Sendai Airport 18:45

The fee of 1,500 yen will be collected by a driver when you take a shuttle bus.

After we receive your application, we will send confirmation to you in three days. If you receive no confirmation, your reservation will not be finished correctly. In this case, please send your E-mail to okabe@atr.jp again.
